Melon Ice Cream


You will need only 2 ingredients to make this guilt free ice cream: cantaloupe melon and vanilla flavored greek yogurt. The melon should be ripe so that no artificial sugar is needed. It takes 5 minutes of preparation and 2 hours of chilling before you can enjoy it.


1 ripe cantaloupe melon • 250gr of greek yogurt (vanilla flavor)


Cut the melon in half and spoon out the seeds and throw them out.
Then continue to spoon out all the meat (make sure to not damage the outer skin of the melon) and cut the bigger chunks into smaller pieces.
Put them in a plastic container and freeze for 1 hour.
The empty halves can also go in the freezer to be used as serving bowls or discard them.

After the hour has elapsed, take them out and blend them together with the yogurt.
Return the mixture to the freezer and let it sit there for another hour.
Once the hour has passed, take the ice cream and the melon halves out of the freezer and scoop the ice cream into the halves.
